Santa Cruz Film Festival Announces its Call for Entries

The Festival seeks a broad and diverse spectrum of new films and videos that reflect upon and explore the social, political and cultural condition of the world today

SANTA CRUZ, CA - The Santa Cruz Film Festival (SCFF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the support and promotion of film arts for the local community and for filmmakers and audiences worldwide, announced today that it is now accepting submissions for consideration into its eleventh season, May 10-19, 2012. Films and videos of all lengths and formats completed after January 1, 2011 are invited to enter including Narrative, Documentary, Animation, Experimental, Student, and Youth-produced works.  (Click here for full story)

Santa Cruz Film Festival Enters Ninth Season Under New Leadership

New Team Leveraging 8 Years of History to Carry the Festival into a New Era

The Santa Cruz Film Festival, an annual celebration of independent cinema and culture in California’s Greater Monterey Bay area, has undergone a change in its leadership structure for its ninth season, May 6-15, 2010.
