Fans Invited to Kick-Off Party and Benefit Auction
SANTA CRUZ, CA: The Santa Cruz Film Festival invites the public to join the launch of its 9th season at the annual Kick-Off Party and Benefit Auction on Saturday, March 13th, 7 pm, at the Mill Gallery, 131 Front Street in Santa Cruz, California. HOT Auction Items include an exclusive opportunity to attend Esquire House Los Angeles, a red carpet event valued at over $1,000; Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection valued at $2,500, Film Festival Gift Packages, Hula Hoop Lessons, and much more. Live it up with event emcees Richard Stockton of Planet Cruz Comedy Hour and Johnny Simmons of KUSP Radio. India Joze, Alfresco, Hallcrest Vineyards, Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing and Honest Tea will provide catering and beverages.
Festival Passes are now on sale for the 2010 season. The Santa Cruz Film Festival will screen over 100 independent films and videos, and host dozens of related events at the historic Del Mar Theatre, Regal Riverfront Twin, Community Television of Santa Cruz County and other local, community venues May 6-15. Tickets to individual screenings go on sale April 16 via the Festival’s website.
